One lovely common area is called the “Nook.” Featuring a cozy corner fireplace and bookshelves filled with handy reading materials, it’s a comfortable spot for residents and families of Southminster Place to meet and socialize. Often you’ll find residents there accessing the computer, which helps them to stay connected children and grandchildren.
