Short-Term Rehabilitation

We help make aging more satisfying by serving three delicious and nutritious meals daily. Rehabilitation patients at Southmont enjoy a wide range of dining opportunities, with fresh entrées and restaurant-style dining in a stylish setting. You’ll enjoy special touches, such as fresh flowers, linen napkins and nice tableware. To encourage your independence and mobility, we make getting around the dining room easy. Our dining experience allows you to have delicious meals in our lovely dining room or the privacy of your own room. Whether you dine with family members, other patients or alone, you’ll be served by professionally dressed hospitality staff.

Skilled Nursing

At Southmont, we encourage appetites with enticing personalized meal selections. Residents can choose to dine in the privacy of their room or enjoy the camaraderie of others at the country kitchen in their skilled nursing neighborhood. Our dining team works closely with the recreation team to ensure that our residents’ dining experiences are not only flavorful and nutritious, but also fun and engaging. Throughout the year, family members are welcome to join their loved ones for meals, special occasions or at holiday gatherings. Our teams are all about creating memorable moments from holiday and ethnic-themed events to outdoor barbeques and splendid buffets.
