Woodside Place offers innovative dementia care that meets the physical, social, and psychological needs of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia conditions. Our unique approach has been replicated nationally and internationally and remains the gold standard in dementia care. Woodside Place also offers full-day and half-day adult day services.

Southmont’s modern, home-like atmosphere is a comfortable and secure healing environment. Expert registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers partner with residents, their families, and their doctors to provide personalized care plans that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies—everything you need to get you back on your feet, restored to your highest level of function and enjoying your daily life.
