Innovative Dementia Care in a welcoming, secure setting.
Our engaging, personalized services are voted No. 1!
We are leaders in providing memory care for residents who want to retain as much independence as possible. At Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, we are passionate about helping to create greater awareness and support for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
Over 25 years ago, we built one of the nation’s first dementia-specific residential communities, Woodside Place in Oakmont, which changed the way Alzheimer’s and dementia care is provided across the nation. Presbyterian SeniorCare Network challenged the traditional nursing home model with a flexible dementia care program that enhances quality of life and helps persons living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias THRIVE! Our Woodside program is available to meet persons where they are in their journey. For example, both our Southminster Place personal care community and our Southmont skilled nursing care center on our Washington, PA, campus have Woodside "neighborhoods" or wings. Additionally, we will be opening in Fall of 2019, Washington's first free-standing specialized dementia community, Woodside Place of Washington, which will be licensed as assisted living and offer an adult day program. Offering a full continuum of memory support on each campus enables residents to easily transition if and when their disease progression requires higher levels of nursing care.
Personal Care for Alzheimer's & Dementia
Our Woodside neighborhood in Southminster Place offers separate dining and special activities for individuals who are living with Alzheimer’s and dementia conditions. We offer innovative caring approaches for you or your loved one, from assistance with bathing, grooming and dining to a range of lively activities tailored to the personal needs of our memory care residents. Residents enjoy a flexible, yet secure living environment that fosters independence and choice.
Skilled Nursing Care for Alzheimer's & Dementia

No matter what memory support you or your loved one needs, we encourage you to partner with our specially trained team of caring professionals to help your loved one living with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
