Southmont is a CARF accredited skilled nursing community licensed to provide medical care, not just personal care. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our Skilled Nursing community. That’s why we refer to each floor as a “neighborhood.” Southmont’s skilled nursing neighborhoods offer a wide range of health care and services for those who need long-term care or short-term care.

In addition to the traditional role of long-term care, skilled nursing communities like ours now serve a growing population of individuals who require only short stays after discharge from the hospital and then move back home. We also can help to coordinate the follow-up care that may be needed when back in your own home.
